The Awali is back with a new look and following great reinvestment the hotel looks very good looking towards the main season from November.
There have been some interesting improvements to the entire property and the restaurants particularly.
The quality of the Heritage Awali is exceptional, with a very fine array of white and red wines to choose from with your meals, any grape is catered for and several countries are covered. The liquor options at the bar are more wide ranging than the Le Telfair Gourmet Bliss offering, one can taste Tanqueray Gin and Johnnie Walker Black Label for example and most if not all cocktails are available.
The Seven Colours Spa is impressive and every client receives at least one free 45 minute treatment. If you upgrade to the premium all inclusive you will receive a 45 minute treatment every day and you also receive free daily fold on the Heritage course. However, there are other unique advantages such as a lobster dinner at the Infinity Blue, a co lime gary dinner at Boma which is a pop up African barbecue venue and you get privileges including a free lunch and entry to the nearby Frederica Nature with a Quad Bike Trek. You also get an upgraded mini bar in your room.
It is worth mentioning that normal all inclusive guests also receive free daily green fees and we highly recommend to book all golf tee times in advance of arriving.
Heritage Awali is the most successful all inclusive hotel, for discerning guests on the island of Mauritius tucked away in the beautiful region of Bel Ombré.
For water sports enthusiasts the two Heritage properties share a water sports school on the far side of the river at Telfair and all motorised sports are complimentary. It is noteworthy that you can also organise water skiing, scuba diving and kite surfing which is excellent in this region of the Island.
